Common Questions
Selling & Trading Your Watch
How much will I get for my Rolex in San Antonio?+
Offers depend on the specific reference, condition, and whether you have the original box and papers. A clean, full-set Rolex Submariner currently brings $9,000–$11,000 on outright purchase; a Datejust in excellent condition ranges from $4,500–$7,500. We evaluate every watch individually and check current comparable sales before making an offer — bring it in and we will give you a number within 20 minutes.
What brands do you buy?+
We purchase Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Omega, Cartier, IWC, Panerai, TAG Heuer, Breitling, and other recognized luxury timepieces. If your watch is not on this list, bring it in — we evaluate all serious pieces. We do not purchase fashion watches or unbranded timepieces.
Do I need the box and papers to sell?+
No — we buy watches without original boxes and papers. However, a complete set (watch, box, warranty card, and any accessories) typically commands 10–20% more than the watch alone, because buyers value documentation. If you have them, bring them. If you do not, we will still make a fair offer on the watch itself.
How quickly do I get paid?+
For outright purchases, payment is same-day — via check, wire transfer, or store credit (we offer a bonus on store credit). There is no waiting period. Consignment works differently: you receive payment once your watch sells, per the agreed timeline in your consignment agreement.
What is the difference between selling and consigning?+
Selling outright means we buy the watch from you immediately at an agreed price — fast and simple. Consignment means we sell the watch on your behalf and you receive a percentage of the final sale price, which is typically higher than our outright offer. The tradeoff is timing: consignment can take days to weeks depending on the reference and market conditions. We explain both options in full before you commit to either.
